Born and raised in Indiana, Melissa has always loved all animals, great and small. From goats and snakes to peacocks and guinea pigs, she’s welcomed a wide assortment of pets into her home. Her passion has served her well during her career as a registered veterinary technician, and she has loved making a difference in animal welfare since 2011.
